A I flew through my 20’s and 30’s. A mild level of consistent anxiety gave me a helpful consistent drip of cortisol that drove me into action and kept me performing at all times. But I was really tested as I moved into my 40’s. Caring for young kids and poorly parents, jostling overwhelm and ambition. It felt like a lot.
Great coaching and consistent practice helped me change my world. Working with who I am at this point, in this new body, mind and soul. I have designed a life where work and play are seamlessly intertwined. My life feels opportune in a manageable way. My business is wonderful, my family are a delight to be around and I love helping others create this same deeper sense of happiness.
I am an ICF accredited and accomplished coach, I’m empathetic, intelligent and intuitive. Let’s talk, I am so keen to hear your story.
Hi, I’m Laura, thank you for being here.
Five things to let you in:
1. My background is in marketing. I worked in a high-pressure agency world for many years before starting work for myself after my first child was born.
2. I now have four incredible children, who teach me and humble me every day of their glorious multi-coloured existence here on earth.
3. I live in Yorkshire in a beautiful semi-rural spot, with a menagerie of animals, a little kitchen garden and plenty of fields and fresh air to keep me sane.
4. My healthy lifestyle is non-negotiable. I invest in my wellbeing daily with running, yoga, writing and meditation.
5. I coach because I care. I believe we all deserve to feel connected, engaged and alive. I want to help people lead happy, brave and authentic lives.
