Personal Performance Coaching

Performance = Potential - Distraction

It’s a powerfully simple way to explain that we can achieve so much more, rise so much higher when we minimise the internal and external things that get in our way, both those that are perceived and those that we create in our minds. It’s this premise that underpins my coaching with professionals in line with their own aspiration and potential. And the same principal that helps me develop teams in line with their companies cultural and corporate vision.

Change that leaves us breathless

The working environment, systems, technology, ways of working and the emotional needs of employees are changing in ways we can’t keep up with. Nothing is settling with consistency. I’m increasingly being asked to help professional clients find their identity amongst all the flux and uncertainty. To help them understand the role that their personality, beliefs and values has on their work and interactions. I help them build confidence and clarity so that they can achieve more in whatever changing environment they work in.

Rising stars and the lonely ones at the top

My clients often bring me their rising stars who need help with confidence or imposter syndrome. It’s a privilege to be able to help those who are younger than me, give them support and guidance in ways I would have loved in my own formative years. I also support and help senior managements team who are coping with with daily discomfort and extended stress. Those who may feel that they need to have all the answers, when in fact they’re struggling to stay on their feet.

The expertise and experience required

With over 25 years-experience in the marketing sector, I’ve experienced the adrenal-thumping highs and the exhausting agonies of account stress, politics and incredibly long hours. Incorporating that wisdom into my coaching has proven a powerful force that propels me to do great things within the teams I support. It’s a part of my work that I cherish.
