My clients may look like they have it all. They’re capable humans who’ve created beautiful lives. But they’ve reached a point where something feels out of kilter. Maybe the flame is waning. Or perhaps the power needed to charge up a critical career change or set light to an idea, just doesn’t seem to be happening as easily as it used to.

My coaching accounts for both Life and Lens. I help clients on the programme create a new version of their lives, whilst actively working on their perception and beliefs for the life they already have. Put simply. We won’t be putting all the brilliant things you’ve cultivated in the bin. We’ll explore your emotions, your personality, your values and unpack the real events and your perceptional perspective to find a happier way of living.
'Become' includes:

A unique and customised framework in which we will Recalibrate, Redesign and Reignite through tailored audits and exercises, 121 coaching and reflection.

Over the 12 weeks I’ll personalise your semi-structured sessions, in which we’ll move through the Flourish Framework in the way that feels right for you.

As we progress through the framework we’ll increase the blank canvas coaching sessions, in which we’ll work collaboratively together in a transformational style.

As part of the package you’ll receive a comprehensive personality profile within the Recalibrate part of our journey, including 13-page report.

This one comes from the heart. It’s based of years of working with talented, sharp females, but also from my own life shift and leap of faith in my forties.
My faithful adrenaline stopped serving me in my early forties. Instead I felt a jangle.
